I first started coaching climbing around 7 years ago, alongside my own personal training/climbing.  Being a member of the British climbing team has allowed me to build up a range of new training ideas, whilst also consolidating my old ones.  Currently I am heading up the Undercover Rock Performance Squad helping them to develop their training.  I work with a range of ages from elite level athletes all the way down to the grassroots and fundamentals of climbing. 

So if it’s a performance training program you’re looking for or one to help you move up that extra grade then I can help.  Each session is tailored to your needs.  The initial assessment will look to identify key weaknesses and how to address them.  Session types can range from Warm ups, Back to Basics, Strength &  Conditioning, Video Analysis and much more.



1:1 – £35 per hour (£45 for 1.5h)

This session is perfect to home in on those key weaknesses.  As it’s 1:1 we can dive a bit deeper into your climbing and look at ways to improve your performance.

1:2 – £50 per hour (2 hours recommended) 

This session is great for you and a partner to get to grips with each others climbing.  Not only can we look at weaknesses and areas of improvement, we can also look at developing confidence in bouldering, lead and top roping as well as falling/jumping off practice.

1:3 or 1:4 £70 per hour (2 hours recommended) 

If you like to climb in a group then this session will suit you. We will work together, share ideas and help to coach each other.
